Arcade Pricing & AI Credits
What changed with Arcade pricing?
Arcade introduced a new pricing and packaging model alongside the release of Creator Studio and AI-generated content tools.
The new pricing introduces AI credits, which are used when generating AI videos and visuals.
This update also adjusts plan structure to better support teams using Arcade for product content across marketing, sales, and support.
The new pricing model officially launches on March 10, 2026.

What are AI credits?
AI credits are used when generating AI-powered content inside Arcade.
Credits apply to actions like:
Credits are deducted when content is generated.
How many credits does each AI action cost?
AI credits are deducted when content is generated.
AI video generation
A 30 second AI video uses 50 credits
A 60 second AI video uses 100 credits
AI visual generation
Each generated visual uses 50 credits
Every generation counts as a new credit usage.
Example:
Generating one visual = 50 credits
Generating two visuals = 100 credits
Regenerating a video = another 100 credits
What actions do NOT use AI credits?
Some AI features are included for free and do not consume credits.
These include:
Avery Assistant features
Brand Kit features
Brand Kit background generation
These features are included in all plans.
Legacy Pricing (Grandfathered Plans)
What is a legacy or grandfathered plan?
A legacy plan refers to an older Arcade pricing model that some customers signed up for before the new pricing launched.
Customers on these plans are grandfathered, meaning:
Their pricing does not change
They can continue using their existing plan
What happens to existing Growth customers?
Customers on the legacy Growth plan ($50 per user) remain on their existing pricing.
They can continue using their current features and billing structure.
However:
Legacy Growth plans do not include AI credits.
Can legacy Growth customers use Creator Studio?
Creator Studio is included in the new Growth plan.
If a legacy Growth customer wants access to Creator Studio, they can upgrade to the new Growth plan.
Will legacy Growth plans be removed?
There is currently no announced timeline to sunset the legacy Growth plan.
Customers can remain on their grandfathered plan unless they choose to upgrade.
Upgrading & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Plan upgrades can be completed directly inside the Arcade app.
To upgrade:
Upgrades are fully self-serve.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
If you reach a plan limit, Arcade may show an upgrade prompt inside the product.
This prompt allows you to upgrade your plan or purchase additional resources.
Are plan changes prorated?
Yes.
When upgrading your plan, Arcade applies prorated billing adjustments based on the time remaining in your billing cycle.
AI Credit Usage
Where can I see my AI credit balance?
Your remaining AI credits are visible when generating AI content.
The credit counter appears in the top left corner of the generation interface.
It shows:
credit cost for the current action
When are AI credits deducted?
Credits are deducted after the generation completes successfully.
If you regenerate content, credits will be deducted again.
Are AI credits shared across a team?
Yes.
For workspace plans like Growth and Enterprise, AI credits are shared across the workspace.
All members use the same credit pool.
Why did I run out of AI credits so quickly?
AI credits are used every time AI content is generated.
Examples:
Each video generation uses credits
Each visual generation uses credits
Regenerating content counts as a new generation
Because of this, generating multiple variations of content can use credits quickly.
Why don't I see AI credits in my account?
You may be on a legacy (grandfathered) Growth plan.
Legacy Growth plans do not include AI credits.
To receive monthly AI credits and access Creator Studio, you would need to upgrade to the new Growth plan.
Can I buy more AI credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes.
Growth customers can purchase additional credit packages directly from the billing page.
If I regenerate a video or visual, does it cost credits again?
Yes.
Every generation counts as a new AI action and uses credits.
Do AI credits roll over each month?
No.
Monthly credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle and do not roll over.
When does Enterprise make sense?
For many small teams, the Growth plan provides everything needed to create and share interactive demos.
However, as teams grow or begin generating more AI-powered content, the Enterprise plan may become a better fit.
Enterprise plans are designed to remove seat and AI credit constraints for organizations scaling Arcade across multiple teams.
Another key difference is how pricing scales:
On the Growth plan, the cost per user gradually approaches $150 per user per month as additional seats are added.
On Enterprise plans, the effective cost per user typically decreases as teams grow and more seats are included in the agreement. (Bulk deals are avaible).
Below are a few examples showing how the plans compare.
Example: 5-person team
Growth plan
Annual cost:
Effective cost per user:
Growth is typically the best option for small teams just getting started with Creator Studio.
Example: 10-person team
Growth plan
Base plan (5 seats): $350 per month
Additional 5 seats: $150 per seat per month
Monthly cost:
Annual cost:
Effective cost per user:
At this team size, some companies begin evaluating Enterprise.
Example: 15-person team
Growth plan
Base plan (5 seats): $350 per month
Additional 10 seats: $150 per seat per month

Effective cost per user:
At this point, many organizations find that Enterprise provides better long-term value, especially if multiple teams will be using Arcade.
Example: Enterprise starting plan
Enterprise plans start at:
100,000 AI credits per year
Annual pricing starts at:
Enterprise also includes additional capabilities such as:
enterprise security controls
advanced workspace management
dedicated onboarding support
expanded collaboration across teams
Because Enterprise includes 100,000 AI credits, many organizations prefer this plan if they expect to generate large volumes of AI videos or visuals.
When does Enterprise typically make sense?
Enterprise may be a better fit if:
your team needs 10 or more seats
you expect to generate large amounts of AI content
multiple departments will use Arcade
your organization requires security or compliance features
you want predictable pricing as usage scales
