Share Page
Arcade offers multiple ways to share your demos — whether through a dedicated share page, embedded on your site, exported as a video or guide, or enhanced with additional context in a Room.
Share Page
Arcade’s share page gives you a dedicated, hosted link for your interactive demo. It’s easy to use and customizable, making it perfect for product overviews, support flows, or sales content.
What is the share page?
The share page is a standalone page that displays your Arcade with optional branding and a call-to-action (CTA). It’s automatically created when you publish your Arcade and reflects changes in real time.
What can I customize?
If you're on the Growth plan or higher, you can customize:
Logo and wordmark in the top-left corner
CTA button in the top-right corner (edit label, URL, and button color)
Background behind the Arcade (if a custom theme is applied)
Watermark (remove it or upload your own)
Header visibility — toggle the full header (logo + CTA) on or off
All customization is available in Preview
mode before sharing.
Is the share link live?
Yes. Share pages update live — any changes you make to the Arcade or its branding are reflected instantly.
You can also disable or delete the share link at any time, which immediately makes it inaccessible.
Room
The Room format offers an enhanced way to share your Arcade with more context. It’s great for customer-facing demos that need extra support material.
What’s the difference between a Room and a share page?
While the share page focuses on showcasing your Arcade alone, the Room format adds:
A longer description
The ability to attach external links
Support for file uploads (e.g. pitch decks, PDFs, data rooms)
This makes Room a perfect format for sales handoffs, onboarding flows, or sharing proposals alongside a product walkthrough.
Private Sharing
Private sharing allows you to control who can access your Arcade — great for sensitive content or high-touch customer flows.
What is secure sharing?
Secure sharing ensures that only approved viewers can see your Arcade. It gives you:
Identity verification (via sign-in)
Control over who can access your content
Peace of mind when sharing demos, prototypes, or confidential content
Can I make a share link private?
Yes. You can set a link to Private
, which means it will no longer be publicly accessible. Only people you explicitly authorize can view it.
How does private sharing work?
You can restrict access by:
Email address — share with specific people
Email domain — share with anyone at a specific company (e.g.
@company.com
)
Viewers must authenticate using Google or Microsoft login before accessing the Arcade.
