# Plans and AI Credits

## Arcade Pricing & AI Credits

{% hint style="warning" %}
AI Video and Interactive Demo are billed as two completely separate subscriptions, even though they live in the same Arcade account — paying for Interactive Demo does not include AI Video. The only plan that can include both is Enterprise, where it's a negotiated part of the contract; Free and Growth are always single-product. See AI Video's own [Plans, Credits & Pricing](https://docs.arcade.software/kb/ai-video/plans-credits-and-pricing/) page for that product's plans, and "I'm paying for Arcade — why does it say I'm on the Free plan?" under FAQs below.

## Growth Plan Breakdown

### How many seats can I have on the Growth plan?

* Up to 10 seats max

### What if I need more than 10 seats?

If your team needs more than 10 seats, reach out to our sales team about an Enterprise upgrade.

Enterprise unlocks higher seat counts along with additional features and support tailored to larger teams.

### What features are NOT included in the Growth plan (that used to be)?

The following features are not part of the Growth plan as of May 2026:

* HTML capture
* Collections
* Custom Links
* 5 included seats (seats are now billed per user)

If you rely on any of these, please contact us before changing plans.

### How do refunds work when I add or remove seats?

You can add and remove users at any time — billing is prorated.

* Adding a seat mid-cycle: you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
* Removing a seat mid-cycle: you receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of that seat

There is no need to wait for a renewal date to change your seat count.

### How do I upgrade to the Growth plan?

You can upgrade directly inside the Arcade app.

To upgrade:

1. Open Settings
2. Go to Billing
3. Select the Growth plan

### Who should be on the Growth plan?

The Growth plan is a fit for teams that want:

* Up to 10 collaborator seats
* Advanced insights into Arcade performance
* Custom watermarks and Brand Kit control
* HubSpot, analytics, and other integrations

### What if I'm already on a previous version of the Growth plan?

Customers who signed up under earlier versions of the Growth plan are grandfathered into their existing pricing and features. There is no requirement to migrate to the May 2026 plan.

For details on previous plans, see:

* Previous Growth plan (with HTML, Collections, Custom Links, and 5 included seats)
* Legacy Growth plan (no AI credits, unlimited seats at $50 per user / month)

Yes, when upgrading your plan, Arcade applies prorated billing adjustments based on the time remaining in your billing cycle.

## FAQs

### I'm paying for Arcade — why does it say I'm on the Free plan?

A few different things can cause this, so it's worth checking in order:

1. **Wrong workspace or account.** The most common cause. Your paid plan lives on a specific workspace, and simply working at the same company doesn't automatically put you on it — your admin needs to add you as a member, or move your Arcades into the team's shared folder. If you have more than one Arcade account (say, a personal one you first signed up with, and a work one), double-check you're logged into the paid one.
2. **A trial ended, or a renewal payment didn't go through.** A Growth trial reverts to Free automatically once it ends, and so does a subscription whose renewal payment failed — an expired or declined card, for example. Settings → Billing shows your actual current plan and flags a payment issue if that's what happened.
3. **You're paying for Interactive Demo, and AI Video is the one still on Free.** This is an increasingly common version of this question. AI Video and Interactive Demo are billed as two completely separate subscriptions, even though they live in the same account — paying for one doesn't pay for the other. If your Interactive Demo plan is paid but you never separately upgraded AI Video, the AI Video side of your account is still on Free: 30-second videos, 250 one-time credits, and the "Made with Arcade" watermark on every export. That's still true even if you've already spent AI Video credits generating a video on that Free allowance — credits pay for the generation, the plan controls the watermark and length cap. Check each product separately from the product switcher (bottom-left of the sidebar) → Settings → Billing, since they're not the same plan.

{% hint style="info" %}
To get AI Video's longer lengths, more credits, and a clean export, upgrade AI Video itself from its own Upgrade screen (account menu → Upgrade) — your Interactive Demo plan doesn't carry over or apply to AI Video. See AI Video's own [Plans, Credits & Pricing](https://docs.arcade.software/kb/ai-video/plans-credits-and-pricing/) page. The only plan where the two are combined is a negotiated Enterprise contract.
{% endhint %}

### Can I convert my Interactive Demo subscription into an AI Video subscription?

Not automatically — there's no toggle that moves a paid Interactive Demo plan over to AI Video, since the two are billed and invoiced independently. If you only need one product going forward:

1. Cancel or downgrade the one you no longer need from its own Settings → Billing (see Upgrading & Billing above for how proration works).
2. Subscribe to the other product from its own Upgrade screen — see AI Video's own [Plans, Credits & Pricing](https://docs.arcade.software/kb/ai-video/plans-credits-and-pricing/) page.

If you'd rather not juggle this yourself, contact our Support team on Intercom (bottom-right help icon) and we can help coordinate the switch.

### I upgraded AI Video, but my exports still show the "Made with Arcade" watermark

Check these in order:

1. **Confirm the upgrade landed on AI Video, not Interactive Demo.** Since the two are separate subscriptions, it's easy to upgrade one and assume it covers both. Use the product switcher (bottom-left of the sidebar) to get into AI Video specifically, then check Settings → Billing there.
2. **Export or publish again.** The watermark reflects your plan at the moment you export or publish, not a snapshot taken when the video was generated — so a fresh export after upgrading should come out clean. A file you already downloaded before upgrading keeps its watermark baked in; re-download it instead of reusing the old file.
3. **Still there after both?** That's not expected — contact our Support team on Intercom (bottom-right help icon) with the video and we'll look at the account directly.

## Referral Program

### What is the Arcade Referral Program?

The referral program lets you earn rewards for introducing others to Arcade.

Instead of codes or manual tracking, everything is handled through a unique referral link.

### How does it work?

1. You receive a personal referral link from your top left home view
2. Share that link with colleagues, friends, or your network
3. If someone signs up and builds with Arcade using your link, you receive a reward

### Do I need to manage codes or tracking?

No.

There are:

* No referral codes
* No manual tracking
* No back-and-forth

Everything is automatically tied to your referral link.

### What do I get for referrals?

Rewards are based on your current plan.

The more you share and the more users who build with Arcade through your link, the more you benefit.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.arcade.software/kb/interactive-demo/admin/plans-and-ai-credits.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
