Audience Reveal
Clearbit & Leads
What is the Leads page?
The Leads page gives you a company-level view of engagement across all your Arcades.
Here, you'll see:
Which companies are interacting with your Arcades
Company size
A score that indicates how engaged the company is
You can click into any company for a full engagement breakdown.
Clearbit
What is Clearbit Reveal?
Clearbit Reveal powers the company-level tracking used in Arcade’s Leads and Insights pages.
When enabled, Clearbit enriches viewer data with:
Company name, industry, and size
Viewer location and inferred role
Social media profiles
Engagement across all Arcades
All Clearbit features are included in the Growth plan — no separate account required.
Where can I see Clearbit data?
You’ll find Clearbit insights in two places:
Leads page → aggregated company-level engagement across all Arcades
Insights page (per Arcade) → scroll to the bottom to see the top 100 company profiles engaging with that specific Arcade
Clicking a company name will show:
Views, completions, and CTA clicks
Average time spent
Branches selected (if using CYA)
Which Arcades has the company seen
Company info and links
How do I enable Clearbit?
There are two ways:
Go to Settings > Integrations and click Enable next to Clearbit
Or visit the Leads page — you’ll be prompted to activate it
Once enabled, you can also return here to disable it.
Do I need a Clearbit account?
Nope. Credits are built into your Arcade Growth plan. Everything works out of the box once enabled.
Can I trust the company data?
Clearbit uses IP enrichment, which works best with company networks. However, there may be occasional inaccuracies in:
Shared workspaces
Co-working environments
Multi-tenant buildings
How can I use Clearbit data effectively?
In Sales: See if a prospect has viewed or shared your demo, how long they engaged, and how many others at the company watched
In Marketing: Identify unknown traffic, new accounts, or competitor interest
In Customer Success: Spot expansion opportunities based on feature interest
HubSpot
How does the HubSpot integration work?
There are two ways Arcade integrates with HubSpot:
Method 1 — Form Submissions:
If your Arcade includes a form with an Email field, Arcade will create or update a Contact in HubSpot.
Responses to form fields are added as Timeline Events.
Method 2 — Company Tracking (via Clearbit):
If Clearbit is enabled, Arcade will create or update Companies in HubSpot based on which companies have viewed your Arcades.
Viewing behavior is added to the Company timeline.
What gets pushed to HubSpot?
Contacts: From form submissions
Companies: From Clearbit Audience Reveal
Timeline Events: Form answers (on Contacts) and Arcade views (on Companies)
Do I need both integrations enabled?
Only using forms? You can enable HubSpot alone (Method 1)
Using company-level insights too? You’ll need to enable Clearbit for Method 2 to work
How can I enable the HubSpot integration?
Go to Settings > Integrations
Toggle HubSpot to ON
Ensure Clearbit is also enabled if you want company tracking
Note: The user who enables the HubSpot integration should have editing and creating access inside HubSpot. We recommend using an account with Admin or CRM Manager permissions to avoid sync issues.
How often does the sync run?
Form submissions are synced in real time
Clearbit → HubSpot (Audience Reveal)* syncs once daily at 6am PT
How can I make the most of it?
Build custom Company views in HubSpot based on Arcade engagement
Filter by Arcade activity score to spot high-interest leads
Track demo views as deal signals
Use Arcade-based filters to prioritize your outreach list
Can I request support for other CRMs?
Yes, please! If you're using Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot Enterprise, or another CRM that you'd like Arcade to integrate with, let us know. We’re actively prioritizing future integrations and would love your input.
