Overview

Arcade lets you integrate with other SaaS products, including analytics tools, CRMs, CDPs, and collaboration apps. You can see all of our integrations on your Settings > Integrations page.

Arcade-level integrations

Have you ever wanted to embed a calendar, form, survey, or YouTube video as a step inside your Arcade? Arcade supports embedding content from the following apps:

• Calendly

• HubSpot Forms

• Marketo Forms

• Typeform

• YouTube

You can embed widgets from any of these providers to enrich your Arcade. Here's how:

Calendly

Arcade’s Calendly integration allows you to embed a Calendly scheduling form directly into your Arcade, making it easy for users to book meetings without leaving the experience. Follow these steps to add a Calendly widget to your Arcade:

1. Retrieve the Embed Code from Calendly:

   1. In Calendly, locate the embed code for the meeting form you’d like to use.

   2. Select the Inline Embed option and follow the instructions to copy the code to your clipboard.

2. Add an Embed Step in Arcade:

   1. Open the Arcade editor and navigate to the step where you’d like to include the Calendly widget.

   2. Add a new Embed step.

   3. Paste the Calendly embed code into the Embed Code field.

3. Preview and Publish:

   1. Test the integration within your Arcade to ensure the Calendly form displays and functions as expected.

   2. Once confirmed, publish your Arcade.

HubSpot Forms

Easily integrate HubSpot Forms into your Arcade to capture user information seamlessly. Here’s how to embed a HubSpot Form using Arcade’s Embed step:

1. Get the Embed Code from HubSpot:

   1. Navigate to your HubSpot account and locate the form you want to embed.

   2. Find the form’s Embed Code option and copy the code to your clipboard.

2. Add the Form to Your Arcade:

   1. Open the Arcade editor and go to the step where you want to include the HubSpot Form.

   2. Add a new Embed step.

   3. Paste the copied embed code into the Embed Code field.

3. Preview and Publish:

   1. Ensure the form is displayed correctly within your Arcade by previewing the step.

   2. Once satisfied, publish your Arcade.

Marketo

Arcade makes it simple to embed Marketo Forms into your Arcades, enabling seamless lead capture. Follow these steps to embed a Marketo Form:

1. Locate the Embed Code in Marketo:

   1. Open your Marketo account and navigate to the form you wish to use.

   2. Access the form’s Embed Code and copy it to your clipboard.

2. Embed the Form in Arcade:

   1. Launch the Arcade editor and select the step where you’d like to place the form.

   2. Add a new Embed step to the sequence.

   3. Paste the Marketo embed code into the provided Embed Code field.

3. Preview Your Work:

   1. Review the form within the Arcade editor to ensure it is functioning and displaying as expected.

   2. Once verified, publish your Arcade to make the form live.

Typeform

Integrating Typeform into your Arcade allows you to create an interactive experience while capturing valuable responses. Follow these steps to embed a Typeform:

1. Get the Embed Code from Typeform:

   1. Open Typeform and go to the form you’d like to embed.

   2. Navigate to the Share tab and copy the provided embed code.

2. Insert the Embed Code in Arcade:

   1. In the Arcade editor, select the step where you want the Typeform to appear.

   2. Add an Embed step to your sequence.

   3. Paste the copied embed code into the designated field.

3. Check and Launch:

   1. Preview your Arcade to ensure the Typeform displays correctly and functions as intended.

   2. When everything looks good, publish your Arcade to make it live.

YouTube

You can easily enhance your Arcades by incorporating YouTube videos directly into your steps. Here’s how to do it:

1. Find and Copy the Embed Code:

   1. Open YouTube and locate the video you want to include.

   2. Right-click on the video and select Copy Embed Code to save it to your clipboard.

2. Insert the Video in Arcade:

   1. Go to the Arcade editor and select the step where you want to feature the video.

   2. Add a new Embed step, then paste the embed code into the Embed Code field.

3. Preview the Integration:

   1. Ensure the video appears and plays correctly within your Arcade by using the preview function.

   2. Once it’s good to go, publish your Arcade to make the video part of the experience.

Salesforce

The Arcade Salesforce integration enables seamless routing of form submissions from your Arcades directly into Salesforce as leads. Please note the following important details:

• Email Field Requirement: Only Arcade Forms that include an email field are eligible for submission to Salesforce.

• Email Validation: Submitted email addresses undergo validation through Clearbit. If an email is deemed invalid, Arcade will not create a Salesforce lead for that submission.

• Real-Time Submission: Form submissions are transmitted to Salesforce immediately upon completion, ensuring your lead data is promptly updated.

If you'd like to subscribe to viewer-level events that happen inside an Arcade, check out Arcade’s Event Propagation. This provides a custom way to integrate with Arcade in case a specific integration is not available.
